The Hallinan neighborhood sits where Oswego Lake and the Willamette River almost meet. This expansive community has a wide variety of homes that are moderately priced along with larger million dollar estates. Two main thoroughfares—Pacific Highway and McVey Avenue, border the neighborhood. Pacific Highway, or Hwy 43, runs along the eastern edge and provides a convenient way to head into Lake Oswego’s city center or up to Portland.
