The Eastmoreland neighborhood in Southeast Portland covers more than 2.3 square miles. Eastmoreland was originally known as the Crystal Springs Farm and was developed over a century ago by Mayor William Ladd, who also developed Ladd’s Addition.
Known for its stately homes and tree-lined streets, Eastmoreland offers an abundance of early 20th century colonials, bungalows, and Victorians. Eastmoreland also has amazing green spaces, such as the Crystal Springs Rhododendron Garden, the Eastmoreland Golf Course, Berkeley Park, and the Reed College campus. Part of Reed College also lies within the boundaries of Eastmoreland, creating a quaint college town feel to the neighborhood.
