The Creston-Kenilworth neighborhood of Southeast Portland was platted in 1889 and named after Sir Walter Scott’s 1821 romantic novel, Kenilworth, with many of the street names taken from Sir Walter Scott’s work. Located just to the North of the Woodstock neighborhood, Creston offers an abundance of vintage homes from the early 20th century, as well as two separate parks, Creston Park and Kenilworth Park.
