The Media Team

When you hire us to sell your home you get an entire media production team dedicated to capturing the story of your home and producing exquisite marketing materials. Marketing at this level requires a team of experiences pro’s working in a coordinated effort and our team is made up of Photographers, videographers, editors, designers, copywriters and project managers.

We are committed to providing consistency and expertise in everything we produce, from photo quality to font colors. We love to share the story of a home and present the experience of being there with high quality marketing, and to support that we have a team of skilled experts in photo and video, design, copy writing, and project management. We are the only brokerage in in Portland that invests in a highly skilled in house marketing team to better serve our agents and sellers.

Design

Our on-staff designers make sure every print material piece and website are beautiful and . With a consistent, modern design, our website and print materials truly highlight the story of a home. Designers work together with the rest of the media team to make sure the presentation of the home is a cohesive, dynamic package that truly represents your home.

Web – Our designers work with the development team to create a flawless single property website for every listing. The website showcases your home with a multimedia presentation and a modern, streamlined design.

Print – The listing flyer features a clean layout with the basic facts of the property, a main photo with smaller side photos, and an eloquent synopsis of the story of the home. M Realty agents also use our “Super Flyer” for open houses and to generate interest for listings. The Super Flyer is a brochure with around 10 pages of high quality photos and in-depth descriptions about each feature or space of the home. When potential buyers come to an open house, having a quality Super Flyer to take home will keep serious buyers interested and provide the opportunity to appreciate the home’s features after they leave.

Photo & Video

Our in-house photographers and videographer collaborate with our agents for every listing to discover the story of the house. The team walks through the home, space by space, and discusses how to document the house, what angles would be best, and what features to focus on. The agent will bring certain features or details to the team’s attention after talking with the owner about how they live in the space. Using a variety of professional equipment, the crew takes high quality photos and video to show a home in the best light possible.

With a steady camera device, the videographer creates a crisp and flowing walk-through video to show off the floor plan of a home. High definition DSLR cameras create crisp, clear footage will let the home speak to potential buyers. This footage helps create both a short walk-through video that gets the viewer hooked on the property and a longer full tour video to give potential buyers the ultimate experience before seeing the home in person.

Then the photographer goes through the house again and shoots high definition photos of all of the rooms. The rest of the day is spent capturing special shots and pans of the distinct aspects of a home either as stills or video. Project Management & Production

Our project manager works with the media team to make sure every listing is presented effectively. From printer quality to paperwork, the manager ensures that every marketing suite looks spectacular. Production starts with scheduling the photo shoot and making sure the media team and the listing agent are all on the same page.

All of our marketing materials are printed on high quality paper at our office so we can ensure the same level of quality for every listing. When we were developing our marketing program, the staff spent weeks deciding on what paper to use for the printed materials. Our project manager guarantees that all of the marketing materials, both print and the single property website, are completed on time to get your home market exposure as soon as possible.

Copywriting

We know that every detail matters when it comes to marketing a home, and that’s why we have an on-staff copywriter to make sure every sentence is carefully crafted to reflect the quality of our marketing. Our copywriter tours the home with your M Realty agent to learn about the distinct qualities of your home and discover how the spaces of your home are experienced. Then the copywriter articulates the story of the home into a description for the website and marketing materials, as well as shorter details on the specific spaces of the home. After collaborating with the photographer, the copywriter works with the media team to create a suite of flawless marketing materials with accurate information and an engaging narrative about the story of your home.
